Credit — That was then, This is now.
Good credit was extremely important for our parents. The use of credit cards was for emergencies and large purchases. In those days, our parents made payments on time and paid off the credit quickly. Now it seems that credit for our generation has gotten out of hand. We want everything now, and there is no waiting with the use of credit cards. Our attitude seems a lot less persistent in paying off credit, let alone those of us who became overwhelmed with credit debt and were unable to even catch up. Today as a processor in the mortgage industry, I see how important good credit is - how credit can affect our lives. Lenders are looking for borrowers with a good credit score and strong ability to pay credit cards and installment loans in a timely manner. I have noticed that the lenders give better rates and offer higher loan amounts to those who carry a good credit score and clean payment records. I am very happy to see that there is a way to repair credit and restore the value of good credit. Hopefully, the information on this site will help people return to the days of yore.
