Goodwill Letter

If I have accounts that have been “paid in full”, “paid as agreeed charge-off”, or “closed”, and these accounts have had late payments, but all is paid and closed now, what can I do to repair these old bad marks on my credit?

Hello John,

A goodwill letter would be my recommendation.  Try to reach someone in the executive level.  Here’s a previous article on the goodwill letter: Credit Report Late Payments….Correct?
