I Need An Attorney!

Hey Paul!

EMC is foreclosing on us when we were not in default!  They placed escrow on our non escrowed account and admitted to this (I have a recording and the documents).  This situation has been more complex than just these statements. 

We filed for dismissal as Wells Fargo Bank, somehow, became the plaintiff. I have since lost my job and we make just a mere $200 too much a month for legal aid.  Do you have any suggestions? 

I have researched so many blogs about the process and EMC and I am amazed at what I am finding.  I have complained to nearly every government agency AND fax my complaint to the White House nearly every day.  I have gotten absolutely NO response from any one.

I don’t know where to go from here.  I don’t want to have to lose our home when we didn’t create this mess.
