Included In Bankrupcy

What is the proper method a credit bureau should use in reporting accounts dischaged in bankruptcy?  Specifically, for TransUnion..date closed; Remarks.

Greetings Charles,

Accounts discharged in bankruptcy should be listed as “included in bankruptcy” and closed with a zero balance as of the date of discharge.  There are a slew of other misreportings that are commonly associated with disharged bankruptcies.  Problem is that the average consumer doesn’t know where to look to find good credit repair answers and what to look for on a credit report post bankruptcy.  That problem is now solved.  The solution can be found in Bankruptcy Credit Repair.

By the way, Merry Christmas to all!  Dale is currently in Michigan where it’s in the 30′s and raining.  Me, I’m a blog-a-holic – so keep sending in your questions.

Paul
