Judgments Judge Not

I live in pennsylvania and have two satisfied judgments appearing on two of three credit reports.  I’m wondering if I can dispute these and have them deleted.  If not is there anything that can be recommended for me to do.  How much does satisfied judgments hurt my credit score?
