Net Branch Pandemonium

We’ve talked about the net branches before.  We’ll talk about them again.  I see this as a trend among net branches; filing bankruptcy, that is.  Premier Mortgage Funding has the following section on its website: “Dumb and Dumber”.

Dumb, according to pmtgf.com = “To believe that a company cannot be both profitable and in compliance because we charge reasonable fees”.

and Dumber = “Not to understand how much money is really being made”.

and I suppose the following should be labeled as Yikes!

Estimated assets of less than $10k and estimated liabilities of $1M to $100 Million
