Orginal Creditors: FDCPA, FCBA, & FCRA

I need more info about validation  debt letter with original creditor not with collection agency.Please let me know if you have any.

Hello Kevin,

The validation of debts provision of 1692g of the FDCPA doesn’t normally apply to original creditors.  You have rights under the FCBA and the FCRA in dealing with the original creditor.
