Outrageous Loan Modification Fees

It’s getting ridiculous what I’m seeing out there for loan modification companies and their outrageous fees.  Now before I get started, I realize there is a need in the marketplace for reputable loan modification companies for homeowners who either don’t have the time to do it on their own or for those who would simply like the help, but the service should be reasonably priced.

Here is the fee structure for a loan modification company I just found a moment ago:

• $3,500.00 for loan amounts up to $400,000;
• $5,000.00 for loan amounts between $400,000 and $800,000;
• $7,500.00 for loan amounts over $800,000

I’ve had enough of this loan modification overcharging.  I know plenty of reputable loan modification professionals that I can recommend and I’m going to work out a deal for a flat rate of $995.00 for completed loan mods for the Broken Credit Bloggers.  More on this soon.
