The Right Path

When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.Happy Holidays!

After a lot of credit cleaning, paying off bills and such, we were approved for our mortgage and put a bid on a house Monday and it was accepted Tuesday!!

We got a rural development government loan and got a 5 percent interest rate for 33 years.

The house we are under contract with was on the market for 8 months and it went from 160,000 to 149900 and we offered 140000 and they accepted!!!

Closing is in 30 days.
