Underwater Mortgage

Underwater MortgageA February 12, 2008 Zillow.com report titled: “Home Values Continued Decline in Fourth Quarter, Leaving Approximately One in Three New Homeowners With Negative Equity” explains:

“Nationwide, those at most risk of being underwater on their mortgage are those who bought in the last two years when most markets peaked. Of those who bought in 2006, 39 percent now have negative home equity as do 30 percent of those who purchased in 2007. By comparison, only 3 percent of those who purchased five years ago, in 2003, and less than one percent of all homes in the U.S., regardless of when they were purchased, have negative equity”.

Dear Broken Credit Bloggers,

Sorry I’ve been away.  This blog has been getting some crazy attention from all of you.  Trust me I know, and yes I read those emails and any forms you click on this site.  And again, I apologize for not being able to answer all of the questions that come through.  I did, however, get the opportunity to talk with a few of you by phone this week and I’ll be doing more of that.  Here’s what I’ve been up to recently.

I’ve been working on a solution to our nation’s underwater mortgage problem.  You see we’re on a mission right now to save homeowners who are underwater on their mortgage loan and successfully securing a full release for them from their lender.  In some cases the home is worth half the mortgage balance.  Doesn’t matter to my credit expert dream team!  The result is a zero balance owed and account settled!

We’ve added over four hundred properties to the Seller Helps Buyer website in the past three-weeks.  There’s still tons of short sale work to do, so I’m counting on some help from all of you.  If you have a short sale or you’re looking for a short sale or you know someone who is doing either (come on, I know you do!), then check it out.

For the next few weeks, yours truly will be looking for real estate agents in the State of Florida to work with directly.  Do you want to work with Paul and his staff?

Are you a real estate agent in Florida?  Let’s talk!
